By accessing or using Nurosentrix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Nurosentrix provides an infrastructure management platform for deploying and managing Odoo instances. Our services include server provisioning, deployment automation, backup management, and monitoring.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the service for illegal activities
  • Resell the service without authorization
  • Abuse system resources or interfere with other users

5. Subscription and Payment

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Refunds are provided as per our refund policy
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

6. Free Tier Limitations

The free tier is provided for evaluation purposes and is subject to:

  • Limited resources and features
  • No guaranteed uptime or support SLA
  • Potential service modifications or discontinuation

7. Data and Backups

  • You are responsible for maintaining your own backups
  • We provide backup tools but do not guarantee data recovery
  • You retain ownership of your data
  • We may access your data for support purposes with your consent

8. Third-Party Services

Nurosentrix integrates with third-party services (cloud providers, storage services). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service.

9. Intellectual Property

  • Nurosentrix retains all rights to our platform and trademarks
  • You retain ownership of your custom code and configurations
  • Odoo is a trademark of Odoo S.A.

10. Service Level

Service level commitments are specified in your subscription plan. The free tier is provided "as is" without any uptime guarantees.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nurosentrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nurosentrix from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

13. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations
  • Upon termination, you must pay any outstanding fees
  • Data will be deleted according to our retention policy

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nurosentrix operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
